I will design automatic bearing loading mechanism

Not long ago, I received a request from a client in an industrial park: create a mechanism so that I could simply pour the bearings into it, and the mechanism would automatically load them into their existing hydraulic press. I created a mechanism as shown in the picture, then manufactured it and delivered it to the factory for installation and testing. Everything went smoothly after 2-3 hours of installation. Then we returned to the company. About a week later, they called me back saying the bearings were stuck in the pipe. I immediately went to the site within 2 hours to observe. The reason was very simple: all the bearings were covered in grease, so a lot of grease from the new bearings had accumulated inside the pipe. I proposed a solution to eliminate the need for cleaning and wiping away the grease, while still ensuring smooth machine operation, using a very small and inexpensive improvement to the machine's mechanism.
