Do you only work with WordPress websites?
No. I also troubleshoot PHP-based websites, hosting problems, databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, forms, email systems, domains, and external integrations. Please contact me before ordering if your website uses a specialized platform or custom framework.
What information do you need to begin?
Please provide the website address, a clear description of the problem, screenshots or error messages, when the issue started, and any recent changes or updates. Access details will be requested when the order is placed.
Will you need access to my website or hosting account?
Many fixes require temporary access to the website dashboard, hosting panel, files, database, or domain settings. I will only request the access needed for the agreed work. You can create temporary credentials and remove them after delivery.
Will you create a backup before making changes?
I will create or confirm a backup when the work could affect important website files or data and the available access allows it. I will also check and confirm if your hosting provider already creates automatic backups when applicable.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers adjustments related to the original reported issue and the work delivered. It does not include a new problem, additional website, redesign request, or unrelated feature.
Can you guarantee that every problem will be fixed?
Most common website problems can be resolved, but a guaranteed fix is not always possible when the cause involves unavailable access, damaged data, expired paid software, unsupported systems, hosting-provider restrictions, or third-party service failures. In those cases, I will clearly explain it.
Can you repair a hacked or infected website?
Security incidents require a separate review because the necessary work depends on the extent of the damage. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm whether I can handle the case and provide you with the correct quote.
Can you work on a website that is completely offline?
Yes, depending on the cause and available access. Please contact me before ordering because a fully offline website may involve hosting, domain, database, server, or account-level problems that require additional investigation.
Do you provide full website development or redesigns?
This Gig is for troubleshooting and repairs. Full website builds, major redesigns, custom applications, large migrations, and ongoing maintenance require a custom offer.
