Do I need to host n8n myself or do you provide it?
Both options work. I can build the workflow on n8n Cloud (paid by you, ~$20/month) or set it up on your own VPS (cheaper long-term, ~$5/month). The Premium package includes full self-host setup.
Can you connect n8n to my CRM / Notion / Airtable / Slack?
Yes. n8n has 400+ native integrations and I can also build custom HTTP/webhook nodes for tools that aren't natively supported. Tell me your stack and I'll confirm before you order.
I'm currently on Zapier and it's costing me too much. Can you migrate?
Yes — this is one of the most common briefs I get. Send me your Zap list and I'll quote a migration. Most clients save 50-80% on monthly automation costs after switching to self-hosted n8n.
What happens if the workflow breaks later?
Standard and Premium include error handling and logging so you can debug yourself. Premium includes 14 days of post-delivery support. After that, I offer maintenance retainers separately.
