If youre getting leads through WhatsApp, responding quickly can make a big difference. A slow reply can easily mean a lost customer.
Ill build an AI-powered WhatsApp agent that responds to new leads, asks the questions you choose, and automatically sorts them as hot, warm, or cold.
The questions can be based on whatever matters to your business, such as budget, location, service needed, timeline, or availability.
Once a lead is qualified, their information can be sent directly to your CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, or another platform you use. Warm and cold leads can also receive automated follow-ups, so potential customers dont simply get forgotten.
The automation is built with n8n, WhatsApp Business API, and GPT or Claude. Youll own the workflow and can edit or expand it whenever you need. There are no extra platform fees from me after delivery, only the API costs from the services you use.
To get started, Ill need your qualification criteria, WhatsApp Business API access, and the platform where you want your leads sent.
Ill build and test the workflow, make sure the main scenarios work properly, and walk you through everything before handing it over.

Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API, or can I use a regular WhatsApp number?
You’ll need access to the WhatsApp Business API, either through Meta or a provider such as Twilio or 360dialog. If you haven’t set it up yet, I can help you get everything ready.
What questions will the AI ask my leads?
That depends on your business. You can choose questions about budget, location, timeline, service needed, company size, or anything else that helps you identify good leads. We’ll define these before I build the automation.
Where will my qualified leads be sent?
You can send them to your CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, email, or another platform you use. CRM, Slack, and email integrations are available in the Standard and Premium packages.
What happens when a lead isn’t qualified?
The lead can be marked as cold or warm based on your criteria. With the Standard and Premium packages, they can also receive an automatic follow-up instead of being left without a response.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Claude API key?
Yes. The automation uses your own API key, so you have control over the usage and costs. If you’re not sure how to set it up, I’ll guide you through it.
Can you connect a CRM that isn’t listed in the packages?
Most likely. If the platform has an API or webhook, n8n can usually connect to it. Send me the name of your CRM before ordering and I’ll check it.
Do I need coding experience to manage the automation?
No. I’ll provide the workflow, documentation, and a walkthrough so you can understand how everything works and make basic changes without coding.
Is ongoing maintenance included?
Premium includes 30 days of post-delivery support. After that, you can add monthly maintenance if you need ongoing monitoring, updates, or troubleshooting.
