Webflow site scoring red on PageSpeed and hurting your search rankings? Most of it comes down to four things: oversized images, blocking fonts, scripts loading when they shouldn't, and layout shift nobody measured.
What I do:
- Convert and properly size every image, with correct lazy loading
- Fix font loading so text renders immediately instead of flashing
- Defer and reorganise third-party scripts (analytics, chat widgets, pixels)
- Eliminate cumulative layout shift by reserving space correctly

An honest note on what's possible. Webflow hosts everything on their own CDN and ships jQuery on every site, a few points are outside anyone's control. On a typical unoptimised Webflow site I move mobile scores from the 40-60 range into the 80-95 range, and get Core Web Vitals into the green. Anyone promising you a guaranteed 100 on mobile is guessing.

Do I need to give you Editor access to my Webflow project?
Yes, Editor access is required. I need to inspect the actual DOM structure, custom code embeds, and asset settings directly, screenshots and a live URL alone aren't enough to fix render-blocking issues at the source.
Will this break my animations or interactions?
No. I don't remove or alter any animations or interactions without checking with you first. Most speed gains come from image delivery, font loading, and script order, not from stripping out design elements.
What if my score doesn't improve as much as expected?
