FAQ
What is a Printify Pop-Up Store?
It is a hosted online storefront that allows eligible Printify sellers to sell their custom products through a dedicated store link.
Can you set up the entire Pop-Up Store?
Yes. I can configure the storefront, branding, products and available store settings according to your package.
Do I need a Printify account?
Yes. You will need your own Printify account so the store and products belong to you.
Can you add my products?
Yes. I can publish and organize the products you provide according to the selected package.
Can you design my product mockups?
Yes. Product mockups can be included depending on your package and the assets available for your products.
Can you add product collections?
Yes. Product collections can be created to organize products by category, theme or campaign.
Can you customize my store branding?
Yes. I can work with your logo, colors, images and brand style.
Can you connect my custom domain?
Yes. Custom-domain connection assistance is available in the Premium package. Printify currently supports connecting a custom domain to a Pop-Up Store.
Can you add my social media links?
Yes. Social links can be added to the storefront where supported.
Will the store automatically get sales?
No. I can create and organize the store professionally, but sales are not guaranteed. Printify itself notes that Pop-Up Stores do not provide built-in marketplace traffic, so the store owner is responsible for marketing and bringing visitors.
