I don't know what's causing the bug — can you still help?
Yes. Bug investigation is included in every package. Just describe what's happening (or share a screenshot/error message), and I'll dig into your code to find the root cause before proposing a fix.
Do you need access to my server or hosting to fix the issue?
It depends on the bug. For code-level issues, I usually just need the relevant files or repository access. For server or deployment issues, I may need hosting/FTP access — I'll let you know exactly what's required after reviewing the issue.
Will you tell me what caused the bug, or just fix it silently?
I always document what was wrong and explain the fix in plain language, plus add code comments explaining the changes — so you're not left guessing what happened or worried it'll break again.
What if the fix doesn't fully solve the problem?
Each package includes revisions, so if the issue isn't fully resolved after the first pass, I'll continue working on it within the included revision rounds. If it turns out to be a much larger issue than initially described, I'll let you know before doing any extra work.
Can you fix bugs in a project you didn't originally build?
Yes, most of my bug-fix work is on existing codebases I didn't build. I'll review your code as part of the investigation phase to understand the structure before making changes.
