- Expertise in Static Analysis of Piping Systems.
- Expertise in Stress analysis of Jacketed Piping, Pump Piping, Tank Piping, Pipe Rack Piping, Vessel & Exchanger Piping, Heater Piping, AFC Piping, Column Piping, Re-Boiler Piping, Compressor Piping, Relief Piping, Reactor Piping, High-pressure line.
- Expertise in preparing Isometrics drawings, study Piping required for Equipment, Piping Layouts, P&Id.
- Expertise in Spring Design, Preparation of Special Support and Support make up in Iso-metrics with respect to GAD.
- Familiar with Composite analysis, Project Planning, Plot Plan development, Pipe Rack, Tank Farm piping, Distillation column & Indoor unit, and developing Piping Material Specification.
- Familiar with International Design Codes like ASME & API
- The lines shall be analyzed as per ASME B31.3
- The analysis shall be performed through CAESAR II version 2019
- Below 2" shall not be analyzed keeping in view that its non-critical nature
- Hand marked piping modification shall be provided in case of line fails as per stress analysis
- Similarly, as a stress analysis output, type of support (rest, guide, anchor) shell be hand-marked on the isometrics.
