What's the difference between Basic and the source comparison packages?
Basic checks your Japanese on its own: grammar, typos, and natural phrasing. Standard and Premium check the Japanese against your English original, so I can catch mistranslations, omissions, and shifts in meaning that read perfectly fine in isolation.
Can you handle AI or machine translated text?
Yes, and it's one of the main reasons people come to me. Please tell me in advance so I know where to look most carefully. There's no wrong answer.
Do you translate as well?
This gig is a review service, not a translation service. For short additions I can help within the review process, but if you need a full translation from scratch, message me first so we can scope it properly.
What if my content is about a specialized topic?
I work best with marketing, wellness, education, and business content. If something requires expertise I can't verify — legal, medical, patent, or highly technical — I'll flag it rather than guess. You'll always know what I was sure about and what I wasn't.

Are my files kept confidential?
I never reuse or share client content. Any local working copies are deleted after delivery. Files submitted through Fiverr remain subject to Fiverr’s data-retention policies.
