Not necessarily. Once I understand your goal, context, and priorities, I can organize the next steps and suggest a practical approach. I’ll confirm any decisions that could materially affect the direction, cost, or outcome.
Q4. Can you work with tools not listed in the Gig?
Often, yes. I’m comfortable learning digital tools and adapting to existing workflows. Please tell me which platform you use before ordering so I can confirm that it is a suitable fit.
Q5. Do you offer ongoing weekly or monthly support?
Yes. After we discuss the workload, responsibilities, and schedule, I can provide ongoing support through a custom offer. Starting with a defined project is also a good way to confirm that we work well together.
Q6. Do you provide phone support, reservations, or personal assistance?
No. This Gig is for asynchronous business support. It does not include phone calls, cold calling, personal errands, or travel and restaurant reservations.
Q7. What counts as working time?
Working time may include reviewing instructions and files, research, completing the task, formatting, documenting the work, and agreed project communication. If the task is likely to exceed the purchased time, I’ll let you know before continuing.

Q9. Are my files kept confidential?
Yes. I do not share or reuse client content. Local working copies are deleted when they are no longer needed. Files submitted through Fiverr remain subject to Fiverr’s own data-retention policies.
Q10. What are your working hours?
I’m based in Japan and work in JST. I check messages regularly and normally reply within 24 hours. This service is designed for asynchronous work rather than immediate or always-on availability.
