Do you maintain WooCommerce websites?
Yes. I can maintain WooCommerce websites, update plugins, test essential functionality and perform small store changes. Please contact me first for large or complex stores.
Can you fix a hacked WordPress website?
Hacked websites require an individual review. Please message me with the details before ordering so I can assess the issue and send the correct offer.
What is considered a small website change?
A small change may include replacing text or images, updating contact details, adjusting a section or making a minor visual correction. New pages and custom features are not included.
Do you provide monthly maintenance?
Yes. The Premium package includes 30 days of ongoing WordPress maintenance, updates, monitoring, backups and priority support.
Do you provide themes or premium plugin licences?
Premium themes and plugin licences are not included. The client must provide any paid licences required for the website.
Can you guarantee a specific website speed score?
I will improve the website where technically possible, but I cannot guarantee a specific score because results also depend on hosting, themes, plugins, third-party scripts and website content.
