That takes actual illustration a character with personality, a scene that invites a child in not a stock-photo layout with a friendly font.

A written description is enough to start; reference images help but aren't required.
Can you match an illustration style I like?
Send 2–3 examples and I'll confirm which are achievable in my style before starting I won't copy another illustrator's work directly.
Do you also illustrate the interior pages?
