I share all items, but if you click on a listing and see when it was last updated you can see the time change to the current time if I am in and sharing.

It is 100% proven that self-shares (sharing from your own account) is the best way for your listings to be seen by potential buyers. If I share all my clients listings from my account I may go into "sharing jail" and your listings potentially won't be seen!
