I build a practical German-language Excel recruiting tracker for a small HR team. It gives you a clear overview of vacancies, candidate stages, next actions and deadlines in an editable workbook. The layout and fields follow your process, with simple formulas and filters where useful.

Basic: one vacancy and up to 50 blank candidate rows. Standard: three vacancies and up to 150 rows with status filters. Premium: five vacancies and up to 300 rows with a summary sheet and simple charts. Delivery is an .xlsx file and a short usage note; one consolidated revision is included.

Please provide your stage names, desired columns, role list and an anonymized example of your workflow. I build a blank template and do not need applicant names or private candidate records. This is a spreadsheet, not a hosted ATS or an integration. Macros, automated outreach, data imports, legal compliance review and ongoing maintenance are outside scope.
