How long will it take to complete my project?
The time it takes to develop the first draft of the render is determined by the complexity of your project, the size of the area, and the design style you would like. In general, I aim to complete the first render draft within 10-14 days.
What document should I send you in order to start my project?
I need some of this detail in order to proceed the project: 1. Existing photos 2. Dimension of the area (in sqm/sqf) and the plan 3. Design reference 4. Expected final date for the project
Do I need to have a floor plan ready before ordering?
Yes, a floor plan is required before we can start the project.
Can you help re-layout the seating, kitchen, or bar area, or do you only render based on my existing layout?
Yes, I can help with re-layouting before designing and rendering the space.
What software do you use, and can I get the source file?
I use SketchUp. The source file is available for an additional fee.
ow many views/angles are included, and is express delivery available?

What's included in a revision?
If the furniture isn't custom-made, revisions can include changing materials and other minor adjustments.

Yes, I can work with various restaurant and cafe styles.
Does the price include furniture and branding elements (logo, signage)?
Not yet included — these come with an additional fee.
