Do I need to pay an extra fee to purchase commercial rights?
No you don't have to. That's one of the many awesome FREE bonuses you get with my packages. You can use these animated explainer videos anywhere online. I provide 100% commercial license absolutely FREE to my customers. I have purchased commercial rights of all the elements I use in my videos.
What Softwares do you use? Are you using cheap cloud tools?
We don't use any cloud tools like GoAnimate(Vyond) or Powtoon. We build our videos using After Effects and Premier Pro. Characters are rigged using complicated tools. This video style is a unique style that I developed myself and it's not available anywhere else. Available only on Fiverr.
Can I change the initial script?
Once the script i submitted and voice over is recorded, it cannot be revised. One script is valid for one order. I would recommend double checking the script before sending because a change in the script will result in an extra cost which includes the total voice over recording fee.
Can you create for other languages apart from English?
Yes I offer these animated videos in over 100 other languages except Chinese, Hebrew and few other related languages. Kindly message me to check the language availability before ordering. There's a different process for other language videos and once you contact me, I'll explain the entire process.
How does "Other Language" option works?
Firstly the English video will be done and exact same animation will be converted to your preferred language. You need to send me the translation of the script and voice over of your language. I charge a small fee only for voice over syncing.
Are you creating a unique video for me or just duplicating the same template again and again?
I do believe in quality work and offering value to my customers. Your video will be UNIQUE (relevant to your script). I won't edit and give the same video which I did for some other brand. I might re-use individual characters or backgrounds in order to minimize the cost depending on the budget.
What if I need customized characters or action packed advanced animations?
Customized characters and advanced animations are not offered in the gig packages because such advanced work costs thousands. Please contact me before ordering for customized work. Packages are only for generic characters and graphics. We do not offer custom illustrations or custom graphics.
What are the other important things I should know about this video style?
With our packages we offer only one American male voice over style free. I can refer and help you to get any other accent or language of voice over. One Gig extra is for a 140 words script. Express delivery is not valid for gig extras. Script writing costs 50$ for a 140 words script.
Do you provide other services related to video marketing.
Yes I offer all the A-Z services from brainstorming ideas, script writing, voice over recording, story telling to video promotion campaigns, video marketing, YouTube SEO and many more to help my clients.
Do you provide customer service after the order is completed?
Yes I'm always here on Fiverr and I do believe in long lasting relationships rather than earning few bucks. We safely backup our source files so If you need help whether it's about editing a video or promoting and advertising the video or even ranking your videos on YouTube, I will always help you.
