About this Gig
Hi konnichiwa! Megumi desu.
Let's get you started on your journey to learn, or refine, your Japanese!
First, if you wish, you'll complete an assessment test to evaluate your level, so that I can tailor the lessons just for you.
Each lesson can include:
- review section
- vocabulary
- Basic Japanese( for useful phrase travel in Japan)
- conversation
- interactive exercises
- casual talk
All these sections can vary depending on your level, goals and preference. For example, if you already have a good basis, well do very little grammar and focus much more on conversation.
Knowing a language also means understanding the culture and daily life. We can study idioms and colloquial phrases, as well as vocabulary about special occasions (New Years, Christmas, Valentines Day) when that time of year comes. And why not, we could add some hand gestures along the way!
On the side, we can tour around Tokyo, getting to know different cities, the best spots to visit and the cuisine if you enjoy cooking and trying out some original Japanese recipes!
Contact me! Let's schedule a meeting to discuss your goals and needs. I'll take care of the rest :)
Lesson purpose:
Conversation
•
Writing correction
•

Ongoing collaborationMegumi was a great help to our online gaming group yet again! I think this is the third time we worked with her. And I made a mistake about the time, and gave her really short notice, but she was so flexible and quickly joined us at a different time than she expected. She's so hardworking and positive! Would highly recommend her!
