Q: Do I need to provide the dieline, or can you source it?
A: If you already have a dieline from your manufacturer, send it and I'll design directly on it. If you don't have one, share your product dimensions and container type — I'll source or build the correct dieline for standard packaging types (tuck boxes, mailers, etc.). For custom structural shapes,
Q: What information do you need to start?
A: Your product name and brand, container dimensions, any existing brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), the target audience and positioning (premium, natural, playful, clinical, etc.), and 3–5 packaging examples you like as reference. The more context, the stronger the first draft.
Q: Will my file be ready to send directly to the printer or manufacturer?
A: Yes. You'll receive print-ready files in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI with correct bleed and safe zone margins — exactly what commercial printers and packaging manufacturers require. I'll also flag any print-specific considerations for your material type (matte, glossy, kraft, etc.).
Q: Can you design packaging for multiple SKUs or product variants?
A: Yes — that's what the Premium package covers: up to 3 variants on the same structural design (e.g., 3 flavors or sizes using the same dieline with different colorways or artwork). For 4+ variants, message me for a custom quote.
Q: Do you include 3D mockups?
A: Yes. Basic includes 1 photorealistic 3D mockup. Standard includes 2 mockups (different angles). Premium includes a full mockup set. These are ready to use as product photos on Amazon, your website, Instagram, or pitch materials — no photographer needed.
