What access do you need to work on my NetSuite account?
Administrator or a developer role. I work in Sandbox first for anything structural, then deploy to Production only after you approve. If your policy doesn't allow external admin access, I can work through a screen share instead.
I don't know how many hours my problem needs. What do I order?
Message me first with the error and a screenshot. I'll estimate the time before you pay, not after. If it turns out smaller than expected, I'll say so.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you within the first hour if it's outside what I can solve, and you get a full refund. I'd rather lose one order than take money for a job I can't finish.
Which time zone do you work in?
I already work full Gulf business hours and US mornings. I reply within an hour during those times.
Do you work in Sandbox or directly in Production?
Sandbox for anything structural — scripts, workflows, custom records. Small setting changes and saved searches can be done directly in Production if you prefer. Your call either way.
Can you help with a system another developer built?
That's most of my work. Undocumented scripts and workflows from someone who has since left the company are the normal starting point, not a problem.
