Can I send bulk WhatsApp Messages?
Promotional messages are forbidden by whatsapp and often suspend accounts for violation of spamming policy. Are you aware of that? Check this for more info regarding this: https://faq.whatsapp.com/5957850900902049
So, bulk WhatsApp messaging isn't possible right?
I can do the automation as per your requirement even sending a thousands of messages at once. But based on my experience, the account will not last for long. Especially if the account is new, It'll be suspended after sending a few messages only.
Is there any safer way to send mass / bulk WhatsApp messages?
For the active older accounts and the message frequency is similar to possibly human can do, and if your customers are not reporting you as spam you are less likely to get banned. The more human like gesture there is, the safer it would be. Although, there's nothing in this world called 100% 🤞
What is an API, and why do I need it?
API is a method of connecting an app to another programmatically. It can be API that returns some data, so that we can get a data programmatically. Or it can be sending a data to an app to perform a task. Such as, we can use API to send WhatsApp or Telegram messages programmatically using API.
How do I get WhatsApp API for sending messages.
There's two types of whatsapp API out there. Official Business API from Facebook (Meta), and Web-api from Facebook (Meta). For Business API, you need to apply on the Meta development platform yourself, or on third party platform like Twilio / Wati. For Web-Api I'll be able to generate API for you.
Why WhatsApp Web-Api is preferred over Official API?
Although this is official and people often support this, it's hard to get approved, also strict to its features. Also with this API, you'll not be able to log in to the account manually. You can't use that account as a regular WhatsApp. In the Web-Api you can do everything that you manually can do.
Is Web-Api best? / Is Web-Api safe?
Web-Api mimics WhatsApp Web from a browser. In this way, usually WhatsApp can't detect if a person manually sending the messages or it's an automation. But if your activity is like that a human can't do, they will detect it and suspend you. Also another drawback is that we need a server to run this.
Can you send emails automatically?
Google allows sending 100 mails per day (for workspace it's up to 1000) from Google Sheet. Sending more than this is possible using SMTP protocol. But for mass email using third party API (that will be call from Google Sheet) is best. Eg: Brevo.
What about Artificial Intelligence (AI)? Can you create a chatbot with AI?
Sure! But you need to provide me with the API key. It's possible to create any type of bot you want as you train it.
