What will be included in the 30-minute session?
A 30-minute session would include a discussion revolving around the issues your organisation is facing related to HR. Once, I have all the information I need, I will consult you on the solutions and will create a summarised report that you can keep as a record.
What if I'm not satisfied with a 30-minute session?
Well, I am only here to help you with your HR matters. So, if at the end of the session, you feel unsatisfied, I shall offer you a 15-minute compensation session where we will continue the conversation and I will help you achieve your HR objectives/goals.
What will the post-consultation report be?
The post-consultation report will include a summary of the consultation. For instance, a normal structure of post-consultation report would look something like; 1. Issues 2. Solutions 3. Implementation Plan 4. Conclusion But then again, it can vary according to the consulting session.
