This package covers up to 5,000 rows, 10 columns and three agreed cleanup rules. Examples include trimming extra spaces, standardizing an agreed category or date format, and handling duplicate rows using a key you specify.
You receive a cleaned CSV, a Google Sheets copy, a short change summary and a list of records that still need your decision. I preserve the original and check row counts and the agreed rules. I will not guess missing facts or silently merge conflicting records.
Please message me with a sanitized excerpt and your cleanup rules before ordering. One consolidated in-scope revision is included; errors against the agreed requirements will be corrected.
This is one cleanup of one table. Recurring reports, data entry, web research, fuzzy matching and app integrations are outside this package.

Do you find people, email addresses or new data online?
No. This package cleans the table you provide. Research, scraping, enrichment and manual data entry need a different service.
Does this run every week?
It covers one cleanup of one submitted table. The separate reusable-report service covers repeated exports and reporting formulas.
How do you remove duplicates?
We agree the key and the retention rule first. Similar-looking text is not automatically treated as the same record. Removed rows remain traceable in the change record.
What does the revision cover?
One consolidated request within the agreed table and cleanup rules. A new file, new rules or added columns need a separate scope. I correct errors against the agreed requirements separately.
