Which platforms do you build on?
Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom code where a platform cannot do the job. We also work with Power Automate and Pipedream on request. If you already have a subscription to one of these, we build there. If not, we will recommend the one that fits your volume and budget.
Do I own the automation, or am I dependent on you?
You own it completely. Workflows are built in your own account, exported and handed over on delivery, with documentation. Custom code comes with full source and IP ownership. You can edit, extend, or hand it to another developer at any time.
Who pays for the Zapier or Make subscription?
You do, and it is separate from our fee. Task volume drives that cost, not us. We will tell you which plan tier your workflow needs before you order, so there are no surprises after delivery.
What happens when an API changes and the workflow breaks?
Every automation ships with error handling, retries, and failure alerts, so you find out before your customers do. Bugs in what we built are fixed at no charge. If a third party changes their API months later, that is new work — a monthly subscription covers that kind of ongoing maintenance.
Can you connect a tool that has no Zapier integration?
Usually yes. If a tool has an API, we can connect it with custom code or a webhook, even where no native integration exists. Send us the tool's API documentation and we will confirm before you order.
What AI can you build into a workflow?
Text generation, summarising, classification, data extraction from documents and emails, and custom agents that decide what to do next. We work with GPT, Claude, and open models. AI model fine tuning is available as an extra when a general model is not accurate enough.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Yes, to the apps being connected. We prefer that you create limited access accounts or API keys scoped to what the workflow needs, rather than sharing your main credentials. We will tell you exactly which permissions are required and why. Access can be revoked the moment the work is delivered.
How long does an automation actually take?
A single workflow connecting two apps takes about two days. A multi step workflow across several apps takes a week. A full system with AI, database sync, and a dashboard typically runs two weeks or more. We confirm a firm timeline before you order.
