Next.js developer running a small studio in Riga, Latvia.
Recent work: a full custom rebuild for a combat sports organisation, replacing a WordPress site that had outgrown itself, and a leather goods atelier with Stripe checkout. Both built in Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind.

FAQ
Will the site be fast and SEO friendly?
Yes, on every package. Server rendering, image optimisation, lazy loading, and 90+ Lighthouse on mobile. SEO basics are included: meta tags, Open Graph, semantic HTML, and a sitemap. Next.js handles this properly out of the box.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 3 to 7 days depending on package. Rush delivery is available as an extra: 1 day on Basic, 2 days on Standard, 3 days on Premium. Message me before ordering rush so I can confirm I have capacity that week.
What do you need from me to start?
Your design or a brief with reference sites, your copy and images, and access to your domain so I can point it at the new site. If anything is missing, message me first and I will tell you exactly what is needed. Missing content causes most delays.
What extras can you add?
A headless CMS via Sanity or Contentful so you can edit content yourself, Supabase authentication and database, and Stripe checkout. These need real setup and testing, so message me with what you need and I will send an accurate custom offer.
Do you white-label for agencies?
Yes. I deliver unbranded under your name, no credit or backlink, and I never contact your client. Agencies usually want the repo too, so add the source code handover extra and the site is yours to pass on. NDA on request.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to the design I delivered: copy edits, spacing, colours, image swaps, section reordering. New pages, new features, or a completely different design direction are separate work, and I will send you a custom offer for those.
Do you work from Figma?
Yes. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or even a screenshot of a site you like. If you do not have a design yet, send me a brief with reference sites and I will build a clean layout from that. Just tell me before ordering so I can confirm scope.
What if I want to move the site later?
You can, and your domain and content are always yours. Source code handover is a paid extra, and once transferred it is standard Next.js you can host anywhere. Tell me before ordering if you know you will want it, so I can quote it in.
Who owns the code?
I build and host the site, so the code stays in my repository. That keeps uptime, updates, and security my responsibility rather than yours. If you want the full source in your own GitHub, that is a paid extra. Just tell me before ordering.
How does hosting work?
Your package price includes the build plus 12 months of hosting on my infrastructure, connected to your own domain. Nothing extra to set up and no separate bills. After 12 months you can renew, add a monthly care plan for updates and small changes, or move the site elsewhere.
