I will deliver source tracked public business data in CSV or excel
Excel Automation and Python Engineer
About this Gig
Get source-tracked business data you can audit.
I collect and clean organization data from permitted public sources. Verified work includes a 300+ record UK nonprofit dataset with source trace and website-link checks.
Depending on package, I can:
- collect fields from a bounded source slice
- normalize names, locations, and categories
- retain source URLs, dedupe rows, and check links
- cross-check key fields and flag conflicts
- deliver CSV or XLSX with quantitative QA and coverage results
Source-checked means each delivered value is traceable to its cited source on the collection date; it does not prove the source is complete, current, or independently true. Counts are ceilings, and gaps are reported.
I accept only public, permissioned, or buyer-provided organization data. Personal-contact lists, named-person profiling, social networks, login/paywall/CAPTCHA/restricted sources, and prohibited collection are excluded.
Preflight is required before ordering. One-day delivery applies only after I confirm the source slice, fields, compatible access, examples, output, and lawful use. Changed access or layout requires reduced scope or a custom timeline before ordering.

FAQ
What data can you collect?
Organization-level facts such as name, website, location, category, and other agreed public business attributes. Individual-level personal-contact lists are excluded.
What counts as one public source family?
One consistent website family, public directory, registry, or buyer-provided dataset. A new site family or materially different layout is another source.
What does source-checked mean?
Each delivered value is traceable to its cited source as observed on the collection date. This does not establish that the source itself is complete, current, or independently true.
What counts as a record and a field?
One record is one organization row. One field is one requested output column, such as organization name, website, city, or category.
What will I receive?
A CSV or XLSX file in the agreed column order, source URLs, and the package's quantitative QA and coverage results. These report delivered rows, missing values, duplicates, source-URL coverage, and any package-specific link or conflict checks.
Will every package reach its maximum record count?
No. Package counts are ceilings. I deliver eligible records found in the agreed sources and report gaps rather than inventing data.
Which sources are excluded?
Login-only pages, paywalls, CAPTCHA, access-restricted sources, social networks, and any source whose rules do not permit the requested collection.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the dataset against agreed fields, filters, and source rules. New records, fields, sources, or geography are new scope.
Is scraper source code included?
No. This Gig delivers the agreed dataset and QA evidence. A custom collection tool or reusable source code is a separate software scope.
What support is included after delivery?
Package revisions cover corrections against the original rules. Recurring refreshes, monitoring, outreach, or new scope require a separate order.
