FAQ
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
No. I only need a CSV export of your orders (and customers, if you have it). It never leaves your control, and you can remove names and emails before sending.
How do I export my Shopify data?
In Shopify admin, go to Orders, click Export, and choose CSV. After you order, I'll send you the exact steps and tell you which columns I need.
What if my store is new and has little data?
Retention analysis needs repeat customers over several months to be meaningful. If you're unsure, message me before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether your data will give useful results.
Do you work with WooCommerce, Etsy or other platforms?
This gig is for Shopify exports. If you use another platform, message me first and we can check whether your export works.
