How do usage rights work?
Your video comes with the usage period listed in your package. They all come withe 3 months. Need longer? You can add months as an extra.
How do I get you the product or brand details?
After you order, send me a short brief with your product, target audience, key selling points, and any dos and don'ts. If you'd like me to try a physical product, we can arrange shipping in chat. If I have to wait to receive a product, the timeline for completion goes to 20 days.
What's the difference between raw footage and an edited video?
Raw footage is unedited video for you to cut in-house. An edited video is trimmed and finished, with captions in the Premium package. I can also include captions or b-roll clips as an extra, depending on your package.
Can you write the script, or do I provide it?
Either. Premium includes a script with a strong hook and call to action, and you can add script writing to any package as an extra. If you already have a script, I'll follow it.
How long will delivery take?
The delivery is noted in the gig. For a faster turnaround, choose the extra fast delivery option.
Do you appear on camera?
On camera, voiceover only, or either. Let me know which you prefer when you place your order.
How many revisions do I get?
The gig packages specify this, you can add more as an extra.
