Should I message you before ordering?
Yes, please. Send your event date, time and time zone. For events more than a week away, I’ll send a custom offer so the delivery date matches your event.
Will you appear on camera?
Yes, as your host. I can also work off camera as your backstage producer only. Tell me which you prefer when you message me.
Can you take minutes as well?
I can add a short written summary of key points and actions through the Post-event support extra. My focus during the event is on running the room, not transcribing it.
What if someone’s connection drops?
If yours drops, I keep the event running and hold the room until you’re back, so please make me co-host. If mine drops, I rejoin on a backup connection within minutes.
What do you need from me?
The meeting link, co-host rights, the agenda and your speakers’ names. For Standard and Premium, I’ll prepare a run of show and share it with you before the event.
Can you host in Tamil?
Yes. I can host in English, in Tamil, or bilingually through the Bilingual hosting extra.
What if my event is rescheduled?
Let me know at least 48 hours before the original time and I’ll move it at no extra charge, subject to my availability.
