How do I give you access to my site?
Invite me as a contributor in your Squarespace settings. I'll tell you which permission level I need for your job. You never need to share your password.
Will fixing mobile affect my desktop design?
No. I make mobile-specific changes and test every page on desktop, tablet and mobile before handing over.
Do you work with Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1?
Yes, both. The fixes work slightly differently on each, so let me know your version if you know it.
Does the opt-in form include email setup?
I'll add the form and connect it to your existing email platform. If you need your email account, welcome emails or automations set up too, message me for a quote.
Can you install plugins on any Squarespace plan?
Most plugins need custom code, which only works on Squarespace's higher plans, not the Personal plan. I'll check your plan before we start.
What if my fix turns out bigger than my package?
I'll tell you before doing any extra work, and send a quote so there are no surprises.
