If you already have a logo, simply fill out my questionnaire and send me your vector files, and I'll create your editable guideline based on your business brief.
If you don't have a logo, no problem! After you fill out my questionnaire, I'll create logo concepts and then create the guideline once you approve the logo. I have two guideline options available - a condensed version covering the basics, such as logo alternatives, brand pattern, typography, colors, and basic rules of logo usage, and a SUPER guideline that includes even more. What does the guideline include?
LOGO with alternative layout or color, color palette, brand pattern, fonts, basic rules of logo placement and an additional element (can be an icon, pattern, etc). This is a PDF booklet that will help you decide how to implement the branding into any design item you may need.
Can I decide what is included in the guideline?
Yes, if you need extras that are not included in the package let me know, depending on what you need we may need to change the scope of work. I create more robust guidelines that can include: stationery, social media, mockup, and more.
How is the process?
Once you place an order, you will receive a "requirement form". This will be your creative brief. Questions will be about product, brand, demographics, competitors and visual references. Once I receive this info I will contact you for follow up questions if needed. Once that's done, design begins.
What are the requirements to start?
You provide texts about your brand , product, brand values, mission, demographics, competitors and visual references, key words. The more complete the brief, the more it will help me understand the concepts of your brand
What are brand identity guidelines? Why do I need them?
Your brand style guide communicates design standards & usage providing • Guidance on how the brand identity elements such as logo, fonts, color palette should be used and communicated. • Guidance for designers to ensure a unified look & feel for every new piece of collateral that you develop.
