What information do you need from me before starting?
Just the basics — who your competitors are, or a description of your product and market so I can identify them. A name and a link is enough to get going.
Do I need to tell you about my business and users?
Yes, and I'd encourage it. The more I know about your goals, your users, and what you're trying to achieve, the more focused and useful the research will be. A quick message before ordering makes a real difference to the final report.
What format will I receive the report in?
I deliver everything as a clean Google Doc or PDF — whichever you prefer. It's easy to read, share with your team, and act on straight away.
Do I need any technical knowledge to understand the report?
Not at all. I write everything in plain English with no jargon. The whole point is that you can read it, understand it, and use it — without needing a UX background.
Can I request a specific focus for the research?
Absolutely. If there's a particular area you want me to focus on — like pricing, user experience or content — just let me know when you order and I'll prioritise that.
