Can you write all the copy or create a new brand?
This service uses your existing brand and draft copy, with light editing for clarity. Brand creation, naming, research and copy from scratch need a separate scope.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated list of adjustments to the agreed page. Two rounds are included. New sections, features or a different direction need a scope change and an agreed price before work starts.
What does the form include?
One managed inquiry form and an email notification to the agreed recipient, with basic validation and success/error feedback. CRM workflows, customer accounts, payments and custom databases are excluded.
Who pays for hosting and subscriptions?
You own the hosting and service accounts and pay their charges directly. I explain the needed services and recurring costs before you order.
Can I edit the website afterward?
I provide source files and handoff notes. A visual CMS/editor is not included. If you need one, tell me before ordering so we can choose an appropriate scope.
Do you guarantee leads or revenue?
I commit to the agreed functioning page and acceptance criteria. Traffic, demand and sales results depend on factors outside this service, so I do not promise a lead count or revenue increase.
What support follows delivery?
I correct bugs in the agreed work reported within 14 days of accepted delivery. New features, third-party changes and ongoing maintenance require a separate agreement.
How do we communicate?
Through Fiverr, with written updates and scheduled calls when useful. I respond within one business day. This is not an emergency or round-the-clock support service.
