I have supported both global brands and government projects, but my real passion lies in helping founder-led businesses find clarity and move forward with confidence.
This is not a document full of tactics. It is a self-explanatory plan that defines what matters, what does not, where to focus, and how to execute effectively, whether you implement it yourself or through your team.

I founded MK Agency to help founders and leadership teams bring clarity, focus, and commercial direction to their brands.
The agency was built to bridge strategy with execution, ensuring creative work is always guided by clear positioning and a defined go-to-market direction. Strategy sits at the center of every engagement, and I remain directly involved in the work to make sure brand decisions align with long-term growth.

How is your Marketing Strategy different from any marketing plan?
This is not a list of channels or tactics. It’s a clear strategy tailored to your business, positioning, budget, and goals. We review your market and internal operations to clarify where you stand, what to focus on, what to stop, and what truly matters.
Do I have to have an established business to create a marketing strategy?
Not necessarily. I work with founders at different stages, but this service is best suited for businesses serious about growth or a successful launch. If you’re still exploring ideas without clear direction or commitment, this may not be the right fit.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes. MK Agency offers a range of marketing services beyond strategy. These are not listed within this engagement and are handled selectively based on fit and availability. You can view our full range of services through our Fiverr store.
Are you open to pre-strategy meetings to discuss details?
Yes. This is part of our premium engagement process. Discovery calls are handled by our Operations Manager and are used to confirm alignment, scope, and suitability before moving forward.
Do you offer implementation as well, or strategy only?
This engagement is strategy-led. Implementation is not included by default. In select cases, execution may be handled by my team if there is strong alignment and availability. Otherwise, the strategy is designed to be executed by your internal team or existing partners.
Is this a one-time engagement or ongoing support?
This is a standalone strategy engagement. Some clients choose to continue working with my team after delivery, but there is no obligation or automatic follow-on.
