Any format works — AI, PDF, PNG, or even a phone photo. Just include a short note on what's bothering you about the current design. That's all I need to get started.
I don't have the original logo file. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Send a clear screenshot or any image. I'll recreate it cleanly in vector and refine from there — no original file needed at all.
Will my logo look completely different after refinement?
Only if that's what you want. I refine — same brand identity, sharper and more professional execution. No drastic changes unless you specifically ask for them.
What file formats will I receive?
PNG (transparent background), JPG, SVG, PDF and Source files (AI/EPS) are included in all packages for full file ownership.
What if I need changes after you deliver?
I don't close the order until you're fully satisfied with the result.
