About this gig
Is your business arranging a significant event? Youll need an event photographer who can capture it all for you.
I am able to cover a large range of events, big or small. Including, but not limited to, awards, conferences, dinners, exhibitions, festivals, functions, live music, networking, parties, PR events and much more. I will be your event photographer and provide you with results to suit your occasions requirements.
Event photography can include photographs of decoration and location, along with posed guests and candid photos of attendees. Low-light venue? No problem.
What you can expect? For every hour of photography, you will receive a minimum of 20 photographs. Each individual photo is carefully edited to bring out the best impression of your event. You will receive your photographs as high resolution JPEGS via an online transfer shortly after the event.

What will I get?
For every hour of photography, you will receive a minimum of 20 photographs. Each individual photo is carefully edited to bring out the best impression of your event. You will receive your photographs as high resolution JPEGS via an online transfer shortly after the event.

Events are incredibly diverse in their nature and I strongly recommend making contact before placing any order so that we can discuss your requirements and create an outline of the deliverables, as well as establish the essential details such as ‘available dates’ and ‘locations’.
Are travel costs included in the price?
I am happy to travel across the UK. Travel costs are included for clients within the M25 boundary. Additional mileage charges are based on fuel costs outside of this area.
Will I be able to use the photographs for commercial use?
Yes, all of the final images are purchased with commercial use allowed
Is it possible to get a custom package?
Events come in all forms from small to larger events with large numbers of attendees. However, every event is different and if your requirements don’t quite fit the listed packages, please do contact me with your specifications and I can present you with a custom quote that best reflect your needs.

Will I be able to extend the shooting duration later?
Yes, it is usually possible to extend the length. It's best to do this as far in advance as possible.
