If you don't have time of birth, I can still do a general reading based on your day of birth. If you know the approximate time and it is within 15 to 30 mins range, then no issues.
Can you predict timing of events?
Yes using time periods called Dashas , timing of events like marriage, love, rise in career, promotion, birth of child etc. can be estimated.
