What exactly is included in the Standard vs. Premium package?
Standard covers full community setup plus one course uploaded and structured with drip scheduling. Premium adds up to 3 courses, member onboarding automation, and payment/plan configuration. Check the package comparison above for the full breakdown
Do I need an existing Skool account before we start, or can you help me create one?
Either works, if you already have a Skool account, I will build inside it. If not, I will guide you through creating one before we begin, since Skool accounts are free to set up.
How many revisions do I get, and what counts as a revision?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2, and Premium 3. A revision covers adjustments to structure, branding, or course layout within the original scope, new feature requests outside the original brief are handled as an add-on.
Can you migrate my existing community from Circle, Mighty Networks, or Facebook Groups?
Yes. Send me access or an export of your existing content and member structure, and I will rebuild it inside Skool, matching your branding and organization as closely as the platform allows.
Do you build the course content, or just set up the structure for content I provide?
I structure and upload course content you provide (videos, PDFs, text lessons). I don't write or produce original course content, if you need that, let's discuss it as a separate add-on before ordering.
How long does a full setup typically take?
Basic delivers in 3 days, Standard in 5, and Premium in 7. Rush delivery may be available, message me before ordering to confirm current availability.
Can you set up paid membership tiers and payment plans?
Yes, this is included in the Premium package. For Basic or Standard, it can be added as an extra — just message me first so I can confirm scope.
Do you handle gamification (points, levels, leaderboards)?
Yes, gamification setup is included starting with the Standard package.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your Skool community link (or confirmation you need one created), any course files/outline, and your branding assets (logo, colors, style references). The more complete this is upfront, the faster and smoother delivery goes.
What's not included in this gig?
Original course content creation, ongoing community moderation after delivery, and paid ad/marketing campaigns to grow your membership. I'm happy to discuss any of these as separate services.
