This coaching session is for people who want a supportive conversation while exploring self doubt, reconnecting with confidence, and gaining clarity about what comes next. It can be especially helpful during life transitions, important decisions, or moments when you feel stuck.
Our conversation is thoughtful, supportive, and centered on you. Many people benefit from having someone who can hold space, listen carefully, and encourage them to explore their own insights and creative solutions. As clarity emerges, we can also identify practical next steps that feel aligned and meaningful.
I hold a PhD in Community Well Being and a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, with over 15 years of experience supporting personal growth and reflection through education and facilitation.
You are welcome to bring whatever feels most present for you. This is a space for thoughtful reflection, honest conversation, and moving forward in a way that feels true to you.

Many people come with questions about confidence, life transitions, feeling stuck, or important decisions. You are welcome to bring whatever feels most present for you.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This service offers coaching and personal development support. Coaching focuses on reflection, clarity, and forward movement and is not therapy or clinical counseling.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
No preparation is required. You’re welcome to bring a topic you’d like to explore, or simply arrive as you are. If you prefer more structure, you can also add the pre-session reflection questions to help you think through what you’d like to discuss.
How will the session take place?
Sessions take place through Fiverr video call. After booking, we will schedule a time within the delivery window that works for both of us.
What if I am not sure which package to choose?
You are welcome to message me before booking. I am happy to help you decide which session length may best support what you would like to explore.
What if I need more time during the session?
If you feel you would benefit from more time, you can add extra minutes when booking or request additional time during the session if my schedule allows.
How will we schedule the session?
After you book, we will coordinate a time that works for both of us within the delivery window. I’ll send a message to arrange the session time.
What if I need to reschedule?
If something comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. When possible, 12 hours notice helps me adjust the schedule and find another time that works for both of us.
