In what software are you formatting books?
I am formatting all books in Microsoft Word. So if you have pages, or similar, please transfer it to word document, so I can open it.
Will you upload file for printing using author's account?
No, I am not uploading any files to printing websites, that is author's job.
What means error "We removed non-printable mark-up from your document" on Amazon Kdp?
That means that Amazon KDP removed hyperlinks from Table of Contents or any other links in the book. So you can ignore that error. Book looks same as before, just you can't click on hyperlinks anymore. But, who can click on links in printed book anyway :)

I had a challenge with my book cover. He advertised experience with IngramSparks. I did get the file to his commitment date, but he did not change anything and experienced the same problem. When I went back and explained the problem, with minimal effort he just took my example and made a pdf. Level of expertise is very low.

So disappointed. Unfortunately, this person was not communicative and did not respond to most messages we sent. We sent detailed requests for revisions of which he did very little. He later said he didn’t see that request which can't be true bc he wouldn't have known to make the few changes he did make....
