What file types can it read?
PDF, Word (docx), TXT and Markdown. Scanned documents need OCR first - mention it and I will include OCR in the pipeline.
Will it make up answers?
No. It answers only from retrieved passages of your own documents and cites them. When the answer is not in your files, it says so. Preventing invented answers is a core part of the build.
Do I need an OpenAI account?
Yes - you provide your own API key so you control the spend and are never dependent on me. It takes two minutes to create and I include step-by-step instructions. Typical usage costs cents per day.
Is my data private?
Your documents are used only to build your assistant, never shared or reused, and deleted from my side on request after delivery. On Premium it runs entirely on your own infrastructure.
Can I add more documents later?
A5: Yes. Standard and Premium include a simple command to add new files to the index without rebuilding it from scratch.
Can it answer in another language?
Yes - Standard and Premium support multiple languages. The model can answer in your language even when the documents are in English, and vice versa.
