Hello, I am pleased to welcome you! I will create a unique hand-drawn interior visualization for you.

IMPORTANT! I work only according to the technical specification.

**TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR INTERIOR SKETCH:**

- Floor plan with dimensions and furniture layout

- Pictures of furniture (photos/links to furniture)

- Wall and ceiling materials (be sure to specify the color) + floor texture

- Lighting plan + photos/links to the lighting fixtures that will be used in the project

- Additional drawings if available

**EDITS**

**FREE EDITS:**

- During the editing stage, you can provide 2 lists of edits not exceeding 20% of the sketch volume (up to 10 changes).

- Edits are made within 7 days of receiving the finished file.

**PAID EDITS:**

- If edits exceed 20% of the total sketch volume, the price per change is $5.

- Edits are made within 7 days of receiving the sketch.

**BONUSES!** When ordering 3 or more sketches, I offer a 10% discount.
