a) industrial water treatment, such as liquid formulations and controlled release tablets,

b) troubleshooting of unstable liquid antifreeze formulations,

c) polyurethane coatings and elastomers,

d) polysaccharide bio-based adhesives,

e) polymers for 3D printing,

f) pharmaceutical transdermal drug delivery patches and photodynamic diagnosis dyes. The latter two products required a thorough understanding of tissue permeation effects and enhancers.

2. PROCESS DEVELOPMENT of various organic chemicals and polymers (antimicrobials, herbicides, monomers, and epoxy-based thermoplastics).

3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT as well as HANDS-ON LABORATORY WORK, INTERACTION WITH CONTRACT MANUFACTURERS, and RAW MATERIAL SOURCING.

4. TECHNICAL WRITING such as PATENT application drafting and support of prosecution, COMPETITIVE TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENTS, and technical input for related business functions,
