Which inputs and documents are included?
Basic accepts one form and no attachments. Standard/Premium cover agreed text or PDFs with selectable text, up to 10 pages each. Scans, handwriting, arbitrary layouts and OCR are excluded unless separately quoted. Each package covers one agreed business process.
How are AI and human approval used?
AI may assist extraction and drafting. Rules and a human review step control the agreed process before CRM updates. Missing or uncertain values go to review. No universal accuracy, professional advice or fully autonomous operation is promised.
How are sources, formats and app limits defined?
A source is one form or mailbox; a format is one agreed layout. App limits: Basic 2, Standard 3, Premium 4 business apps, plus one AI provider; one workspace per app. Premium's panel uses an existing agreed tool, not a custom web app.
What do the two revisions include?
Two consolidated rounds of adjustments to agreed field mappings, rules or draft wording. New sources, apps, document layouts, fields beyond the package limit or a different process require a separate quote. Send one combined list per round.
Who pays for platforms, hosting and API usage?
You provide compatible accounts and pay subscriptions, hosting and API usage directly. These recurring charges are outside the gig price. We confirm tools, account permissions and expected usage before ordering. No unlimited operation or ongoing monitoring is included.
How is the workflow tested and supported?
We test up to 10/40/60 agreed examples for Basic/Standard/Premium, including missing data, duplicates, failed steps and rejection. Reproducible defects in the agreed delivery are covered for 14 days. Monitoring, provider changes and new features are separate.
What do the integration and action counts mean?
Counts are maximums: 3/4/5 connected services, including one AI provider, and 6/9/12 triggers/actions. A service counts once; an action is one agreed workflow operation. Fields, retries and API endpoints do not multiply the count. No continuous or two-way data sync is included.
What exactly does the Starter package include?
One form, 5 fields, one AI draft template and one review table in an existing tool; up to 10 test examples. No files, OCR, mailbox, CRM, automatic sending, custom dashboard or extra routing. Up to 2 business apps plus one AI provider; you pay usage. Two revisions cover mappings and wording.
