Do I need to provide my own AI API key?
No. I handle all API setup and configuration as part of the build. You receive a fully working widget with no extra accounts or keys required.
Will the chatbot work on my existing website?
Yes. One embed snippet is all you need. It works on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, or any custom HTML site — no plugins, no framework required.
What happens after I place my order?
I'll send a short intake form asking about your business, tone, and the questions your customers ask most. From there I handle everything and deliver a ready-to-launch widget.
How long does the build take?
Most builds are complete within 3-5 business days. After you submit the intake form, I configure the knowledge base and guardrails specific to your church. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster your chatbot ships.
What if my church doesn't have a website yet?
No problem. I'll deliver the embed code along with a simple one-page HTML file you can host for free on Netlify - so the chatbot is live and answering questions while your full site is in progress.
