I will audit one business workflow and create an automation plan
Lead System Analyst CRM, Integrations AI Automation
About this Gig
Manual handoffs, duplicate entry, disconnected apps, or reports that take too long?
I will audit one clearly defined business workflow and create a practical automation plan. This is analysis and planningnot implementation.
GOOD FIT FOR:
- repetitive admin or data entry
- missed handoffs and approvals
- manual reporting
- disconnected forms, CRM, sheets, email, or task tools
YOU RECEIVE, BY PACKAGE:
- defined scope, assumptions, and constraints
- AS-IS analysis and bottlenecks
- prioritized automation opportunities
- recommended tools and integration options
- TO-BE workflow and implementation roadmap
One order covers one process, one team or function, one start event, and one end result within the selected step limit.
Not included: coding, building n8n, Make, or Zapier workflows, production access, security or compliance audits, vendor procurement, guaranteed savings or ROI, ongoing consulting, or organization-wide transformation.
Please message me before ordering with your process, start and end points, current steps, roles, tools, volume, and sanitized examples. I will confirm scope and package fit.

FAQ
What workflow can you audit, and how many processes are included?
I audit one clearly bounded process within one team or function, with one agreed start event and end result. Examples include lead intake, onboarding, approvals, reporting, and recurring admin. Unrelated processes need separate scope.
What information do you need, and how should I protect confidential data?
Provide the goal, start and end points, current steps, roles, tools, inputs, outputs, issues, frequency, constraints, and sanitized examples. Remove passwords, API secrets, customer personal data, and unnecessary financial details before sharing.
What are AS-IS and TO-BE workflows?
AS-IS shows how the process works now, including roles, tools, handoffs, and bottlenecks. TO-BE shows the proposed future flow after selected improvements. Standard and Premium include both views; they are designs, not configured automations.
Will I receive process diagrams?
Standard and Premium include AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams. Basic provides a concise written workflow summary without a diagram. Editable SVG diagram sources are optional; diagrams document the agreed process and do not represent a built or tested automation.
Can you recommend n8n, Make, Zapier, or other tools?
Yes. I can recommend suitable tools and integration patterns based on the process, volume, data, budget, and constraints. A recommendation does not guarantee vendor fit and does not include accounts, licenses, setup, coding, or workflow implementation.
Is automation implementation included?
No. This gig delivers analysis, process maps, recommendations, and an implementation-ready plan. It does not build n8n, Make, Zapier, API, CRM, database, or custom-code solutions; configure production systems; migrate data; or provide ongoing support.
What exactly will I receive?
Every package includes a written audit with scope, pain points, automation opportunities, assumptions, risks, and limitations. Standard adds AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams, tools, and a roadmap. Premium adds data flow, backlog, criteria, and phased priorities.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions correct or clarify the delivered analysis against the information and scope agreed at order start. They do not add another process, more steps, new stakeholders, new tools, implementation work, or requirements introduced after the audit was completed.
What happens if my workflow is larger than the package?
I will identify the scope gap before work starts and recommend a larger package, the Additional 5 process steps extra, or a bounded custom offer. Multiple unrelated processes, several departments, enterprise transformation, or open-ended discovery are not forced into one package.
Do you guarantee cost savings, time savings, or ROI?
No. The roadmap identifies likely opportunities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks using the information provided. Actual results depend on implementation quality, adoption, vendor pricing, data quality, process volume, and future changes, so savings and ROI are not guaranteed.
