What information do you need from me to start?
Just three things. Your video title, a short description of what the video is about, and a link to your YouTube channel if you have one. If you have reference thumbnails you like, send those too. Everything else I can figure out.
Do you provide the source file?
Yes. Every package includes an editable Canva link. You can open it in your browser, change the text, swap colors, or reuse elements on future videos. No Photoshop needed.
Can I request revisions if I don't like the first draft?
Yes. Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited. Most clients land on the final design within 1-2 rounds. I would rather revise until you are happy than deliver something you will not use.
What does "Unlimited Revisions" actually mean?
It means I will tweak colors, fonts, and layout until you are happy. It does NOT mean "New Concept." If you ordered a "Crypto" thumbnail and then decide you want a "Vlog" style instead, that is a new order, not a revision.
Do you use AI in your design process?
I use AI tools to generate and enhance background visuals, which keeps my turnaround fast and my prices low. All text, layout, composition, and creative decisions are mine. If you prefer a fully manual process without AI, let me know before ordering and I will tell you honestly if I can accommodate.
Do you guarantee the thumbnail will increase my views?
No designer can honestly promise that. Views depend on your title, your niche, your audience, and your content. What I can promise is a thumbnail designed using the same principles that top-performing channels use. The click-through rate is on you and the algorithm, but I will give you the best shot
