I will develop the prototype of your 2D game to be ready for the chosen platform, with great emphasis on a complete game loop with menu screens, options, saving, loading screens, etc. The different tier levels expand this further, with additional extra services and even a complete game with publishing included. Source code always provided. 

It is best if you can provide the artwork for the final product, however that is not required, we can always use other assets. I can make a simple design for the graphic assets for your game.
