What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your brand name, industry, target audience, style preferences, colors if any, and examples you like. If you have a website, pitch deck or brief, you can also share it.
Do you provide a moodboard or creative direction before starting?
Yes. Based on your brief, we can prepare a focused logo reference board. You can select the examples you feel closer to, and we’ll analyze the style, composition, colors and visual logic before starting the design.
Can I get a versatile logo system?
Yes. NAIROBI includes a stronger identity system. For OSLO or HELSINKI, you can add Logo Variations as an extra for icon, horizontal, stacked or simplified versions.
How long does the logo process usually take?
Delivery depends on the package: OSLO takes 5 days, HELSINKI 6 days and NAIROBI 7 days. Extra fast delivery is available if you have an urgent deadline.
Is this gig suitable for my startup or new brand?

Are your logos made from templates or AI tools?
No. Every concept is custom-created from scratch by our team. We don’t use templates, logo generators or AI-made designs as final work.

Each package includes revisions. We’ll refine the selected direction based on your feedback while keeping the work aligned with your brief and package scope. If you need a completely new concept, it can be added as an extra.
Can you redesign or improve my existing logo?
Yes. If you already have a logo, we can refine it or redesign it as a new custom concept, depending on its current quality and your goals. Please send it before ordering so we can guide you properly.
Do I own the final logo after delivery?
Yes. Once the order is completed, you can use the final approved logo for your brand, website, social media and business materials.
