I will design hvac and plumbing systems including load calculations

Hi! I'm Matt, an ASHRAE certified HVAC designer and engineer looking to help more people with any HVAC or plumbing issue. If you need an HVAC or plumbing system designed or just want to check what a contractor has told you, I can help.

I will provide you with a full heating and cooling load calculation on your building and design the HVAC and plumbing. I can also provide specifications and details for the installing contractor to follow as well as equipment selection.

What you provide:

• Background in CAD (dwg or dxf) of your building - I can also accept PDF if you do not have a CAD file.
• Some basic information on your building and what you would like for your systems.

What I provide (based on package selection):

• Heating and cooling load calculations
• HVAC design in CAD and PDF format
• Plumbing design in CAD and PDF format

*Note that I can also provide a load calc without a background. It will require you to provide a simple sketch or room sizes and to answer some questions.
