About this Gig
Save Hours of Manual Work with Automated Bulk Downloads!
Do you have a long list of URL links in an Excel or CSV file and need to download all the PDFs, images, or documents associated with them? Doing this manually takes forever. I can automate this process and deliver all your files neatly organized.
What I can do for you:
- Download bulk PDFs, Images, Docx, or any file type from URLs.
- Rename files according to your spreadsheet (e.g., Invoice_001.pdf instead of random_string.pdf).
- Organize files into folders based on your criteria.
- Provide a summary report of any broken links that couldn't be downloaded.
What I need to get started:
- Your Excel/CSV file with the list of URLs.
- (Optional) The column containing the names you want the files to have.
- Any specific login credentials if the files are behind a secure portal.
Why choose me?
- Fast delivery and 100% accuracy.
- Technical expertise in handling thousands of links without errors.
- Data privacy and confidentiality guaranteed.
Please contact me before placing an order if your project involves more than 10,000 links or requires a login!

Clients I’ve worked with
North Shore TMS
The client contacted me because their Google Drive contained over 10,000 duplicate and misplaced files, making it difficult to manage and locate important documents. Before starting the project, I held a detailed consultation to understand their requirements and workflow. Based on our discussion, I created a customized organization strategy and shared a document outlining the folder structure.

FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
I simply need an Excel, CSV, or Google Sheet containing the list of URL links. If the files are behind a login or a specific portal, please provide the necessary credentials so I can configure the python web scraping script to access them.
Can you rename the files based on specific data in my spreadsheet?
Yes, absolutely! This is a core part of my service. I can use my web scraper to rename each downloaded file according to a "Product Name," "ID Number," or any other column in your spreadsheet, ensuring your data remains organized and professional.
Is there a limit to how many files you can download?
There is no technical limit. My data scraping tools are designed to handle everything from a few hundred to several thousand files. However, for extremely large batches (over 10,000 links), please message me first so we can discuss the delivery timeline and technical requirements.
Can you handle websites that require a login or have Captchas?
Yes. I specialize in complex python web scraping tasks. If a site requires a login or has security measures like Captchas, I can build a custom solution to navigate them. Please contact me before ordering so I can check the website's specific security.
What if some of the links are broken or the files are missing?
Accuracy is my priority. Upon completion, I will provide a detailed report alongside your downloaded files. This report will highlight any "dead links" or URLs where the file was missing on the server, so you know exactly which items couldn't be retrieved.
